Information about Ram Raksha Stotra

Lord Rama who was the 7th incarnation of Lord Vishnu (Supreme God in Hinduism). Lord Rama is also known as “Purushottam” means supreme Purush (personality). Lord Rama is the perfect Avatar of Lord Vishnu and has been described as the embodiment of truth, morality, an ideal son, an ideal husband and overall an ideal King. Lord Rama is Prayed upon as the :
” One who removes all types of adversity and agony of Jiva (living beings); who bestows all types of favour, honor and wealth; By looking at whom, the world feel very pleased; to that Shri Rama, I bow again and again “

Ram Raksha Stotra is written in Sanskrit and it is dedicated to Lord Rama for seeking his blessings and protection. This Stotra was written by a Saint of Vedic period known as Buddha Kaushika. As per the legend, Lord Shiva himself came into Buddha Kaushika’s dream and recited these 38 stanzas who thereafter wrote them in Sanskrit language. The literary meaning of Ram Raksha Stotra is “Protection given by Lord Rama to us”. Ram Raksha Stotra is a very powerful tool to seek blessings and protection from Lord Rama from any kind of Problem, Miseries or Situation. Lord Rama is said to protect the Body as well as the Mind of a person who recites this Ram Raksha Stotra with full faith and dedication.

Divine Rudraksha offers its clients a special puja dedicated to Ram Raksha Stotra wherein 108 recitations of this great stotra will be done in conjunction with many other rituals as mentioned below.

Puja Procedure

Swasti Vachan, Shanti Path, Sankalp, Ganesh Sthapan, Lord Shiva Sthapan, Lakshmi Sthapan, Varun Kalash, Punyaha Vachan, Navgraha Sthapan, Brahma Sthapan, Agni Sthapan, Invocation of all Gods and Goddesses, Navgrah Mantra Japa (1 mala for each planet), 11 Path of Rudra with Chamkam, Lord Shiva's Abhishek with 1008 Bilva Patras (offered as Archan), Homam with Ghee, Sugar, Til, Oats (Jow), Ashtagandh, Sandalwood powder, Navgrah Samidha and then Aarti, Tilak Mantra, Prasad to Brahmins.
  • Duration of Puja and Yagna: 6 Hours
  • Number of Priests: 6 Priests
  • Puja Schedule: Date and Timings of Rudrabhishek Puja and Yagna Homam will be informed to you through an email and your representatives are most welcome to attend the same via Google Duo / Youtube Live.
